I had went somewhere else first but the bigger dealership did not listen to what I was looking for. Dylan did an amazing job, very understanding of my budget and what I wanted in a car. The process was really easy and I actually didn’t have to stay for hours while the credit rating went through. They just called me with the answer. Pam who did financials also did an amazing job very organized. This process was super easy, and they even gave me a Sweet treats dessert which was a happy little surprise. I have gotten four cars from Hayes I don’t know why I didn’t just go there directly. Always a better experience.

While searching for a summer cruiser with a small budget I ran across the perfect little convertible at Hayes Family Auto. It didn’t hurt that it was a muscle car! Called ahead since I am 2 hours away and Dylan had the car inside for my daughter and I to look at. Unlike other cars I had looked at the picture online matched the actual vehicle! Talking to Dylan was like talking to an old friend. He told me right upfront about some issues from the safety inspection. This was a 30 year old car so that was expected but very much appreciated that he did that. After test driving it we came to a fair price and as it had started to snow he accepted a down payment and had it ready to go for the next weekend. When we came to pick it up there was a problem with the wiper blades but the local parts store didn’t have the proper parts. With help from Dylan and the manager of the parts store a set of blades was ordered to my home town parts dealer where i went the following Monday and had them installed. Al in all a great experience and would recommend checking them out! Also a shout out to the finance lady. I believe her name was Pam. Paperwork done quickly and with a friendly smile! Even had the new plates there. No trip to the DMV !!
